1. Contracting party

These terms are between you and Guangzhou Zhengjian Information Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of CartQuilt. This is an app-owner-provided English rendering of 广州正简信息科技有限公司; it is not represented as an independently verified official registry name.

2. Service

You must be authorized to manage the Shopify store where the app is installed. You are responsible for account security, actions taken by team members, and all offer content published through the app.

4. Subscription, trial, and cancellation

Shopify manages charges, trial start and end dates, taxes, cancellations, and billing authorization. You may cancel through Shopify admin. Charges already incurred are non-refundable unless applicable law or Shopify’s billing rules require otherwise.

5. Merchant responsibilities

  • Verify discount conditions, eligible products, timing, inventory, and storefront copy before publishing.
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection, price display, tax, marketing, and privacy laws.
  • Retest the purchase flow after changing the theme, currency, markets, or other discount apps.
  • Do not use the service for fraud, disruption, security probing, or infringement of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

CartQuilt and its software, brand, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Merchants retain their rights in their products, offers, and uploaded content and grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may adjust features for security, legal compliance, Shopify platform changes, or product improvements and will try to provide advance notice of material adverse changes.

8. Third-party services

Shopify, themes, and other apps are third-party services governed by their own terms. Changes to those services may affect some CartQuilt features.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular sales result. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
